This is Seikooc in the Moulin Cortex uniform when she becomes a dancer so she can stay at Moulin Cortex(or she'll have to trail through the freezing Antarctica to find somewhere warm to live). When she's not wearing her uniform, she wears her medieval armour and has her hair in two ponytails. Seikooc is an erotomaniac, with an obsession over Neo Cortex, who fired her away in a pod to Earth when her obsessiveness became too much for him to deal. Apart from being Neo-obsessed, her personality is serious, mean, grouchy and selfish, the opposite of her clone and arch-rival Cookies.
